unique product. These bra pads are designed to offer either
hot or cold relief from breast pain and soreness associated with
pregnancy and early breastfeeding. The pads are made with a
waterproof material and are surface washable. Each set comes
with a pair of covers that are machine wash and dryable. Keep
in the freezer and use as needed to reduce swelling, or place in
mcrowave for 15-20 seconds (times will vary by machine. Always check
